Hire charges for the hall are:
For Hellidon Residents
- £8 per hour (up to 7 hours)
- £55 for the whole day
- Free half hour setting up and half hour set-down time
For Non-residents
- £10 per hour (up to 7 hours)
- £90 for the whole day private usage
- £150 for the whole day commercial usage
- Free half hour setting up and half hour set-down time
- Additional setting up and clearing up charges are £3 per hour
These hire charges also include all tables, chairs, crockery. All charges include lighting, heating and use of kitchen for the duration of the event and set-up/set-down time.
All damages must be paid for. Full details of Insurance cover are available on the Hire Agreement
PRS/PPL License
The hall does have a licence with the Performing Right Society (PRS) for the performance of copyright music from Phonographic Performance Licence (PPL)
If you are going to sell alcohol then a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) must be obtained in consultation with the Chairperson.
